The City of Saint Paul in partnership with the Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks professional proposals from qualified artists or artist teams to create a site-specific, permanent public artwork as part of the Pelham Boulevard Reconstruction Project—part of the historic and visionary Grand Round Design and Implementation Plan. The selected artwork will honor the character, history, and environment of the Desnoyer Park neighborhood and align with the City’s commitment to accessible, inclusive, and placebased design. Located in the historically rich Desnoyer Park neighborhood and along the visionary Grand Round parkway, this project presents a unique opportunity to integrate public art into the public realm in a way that enhances community identity, reflects local history, and invites public interaction.
