1. Equipment Installation • License Plate Recognition (LPR) System: o Supply and install dual LPR cameras at all vehicle entry and exit points, utilizing artificial intelligence integration for accurate vehicle identification. o Ensure system capability for simultaneous front and rear license plate recognition, employing dual camera algorithmic logic. o Submit references to prior installations evidencing successful implementation of dual LPR camera configurations. • Video Intercom System: o Supply and install four (4) two-way video intercom units. o Integrate all intercom units with the remote City of Minneapolis command center. o Guarantee interoperability with industry-standard protocols, including but not limited to Commend, Stentofon, Parker Technology, Umojo, etc.; proprietary systems shall not be acceptable. • Garage Door Integration: Integrate PARCS equipment with Rytec high-speed roll-up garage doors and bifold hydraulic doors. o Enable remote access control for third-party garage door operators through secure, web-enabled devices. • HID Card Readers: o Supply and install two (2) HID card readers compatible with both 26-bit and 48- bit HID cards. o Ensure seamless interface of card readers with other PARCS system components. • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Controls: o Implement PLC controls to facilitate sallyport-style entrance operation, thereby ensuring the first door closes fully prior to the subsequent door being opened. • Loop Installation: o Coordinate with City of Minneapolis representatives for all concrete cutting and loop placement, as determined by the awarded vendor. o Install loops at locations designated by the City.
