The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Fridley and Columbia Heights Water Plants Landscape Restoration for the Public Works department; LOCATION OF WORK A. Work shall be performed at the City of Minneapolis campuses in Fridley and Columbia Heights. The addresses for the facilities are: 1. Fridley: 4300 Marshall Street NE Minneapolis, MN 55421; 2. Columbia Heights: 4500 Reservoir Blvd Columbia Heights, MN 55421. B. The work site is located inside a secured facility. A BGI (no cost to contractor) is required for all employees who will work on the project. Background investigation takes approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. After passing BGI checks, contractors will be issued access badges which allow entry to the facility
