Scope of Work – Survey • Provide administration and management of contract • Prepare survey and inspection equipment including o Equipment calibration o Dry and wet bench-testing for equipment o Buoyancy testing, o Detail equipment loadout prior to mobilization o Disinfection of equipment pre-entry • Mobilize equipment to the Columbia Heights Site, including: o Staging and set up o On-site testing o Data collection o Any equipment needed for deployment of ROV • Key Reservoir Component Identification o Identifying and verifying of valve open or closed position at NW corner of reservoir o Location verification of drain trough as indicated on the plans • Identify maintenance hatches that align with the trough position o Verifying sediment accumulation in the drain trough and reservoir o Identify any other items that require further inspection • Survey of the Columbia Heights reservoir, utilizing the following: o Continuous video above and below the water within the reservoir o Continuously recorded sonar imaging data for areas below water • Select sonar images determined in the field • Demobilizing on-site equipment and site restoration • Post-processing data and QA/QC of video and sonar imagery
