Although subject to periodic review/modification and receipt of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and MnDOT Aeronautics grant funding, the following CIP projects may be initiated within this consultant selection period (2025-2030): • Parking Lot Reconstruction/Expansion • AvGas Fuel Dispenser Replacement & Fuel Tank Removal • Procurement of Airport Grounds Maintenance Equipment • Rehabilitation of Miscellaneous Airfield Pavements • Rotating Beacon Replacement • Reconstruction of Runway 15/33 with Lighting Replacement • Reconstruction of Taxiway A • Private Hangar Site Development & Hangar Demolition • Rehabilitation of Existing Aircraft Storage Hangars • Construction of New Aircraft Storage Hangars • Completion of Miscellaneous Studies for the Above Listed Projects • Completion of Miscellaneous Studies related to Airport Planning, Development, & Zoning Issues
