Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor to provide Printing, Fulfillment and Warehousing for the Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS). Contract vendor will provide the following: a. Provide digital and offset printing and finishing for a variety of materials including brochures, forms, information sheets, presentations, business cards, and folders (collectively, “Publications” for the Minnesota State Retirement Systems (MSRS). b. Provide per-hour pre-press and/or graphic design services. c. Provide full-service bindery and die-cutting (for pocket folders). d. Provide warehousing and fulfillment services. e. Provide an interactive, secured ordering and inventory-tracking website (fulfillment services). f. Provide a full-service mailing department that includes but is not limited to inserters, ink-jet printers and water-sealing.
