Saint Paul Parks and Recreation (SPPR) is seeking proposals from qualified operators to manage and operate Watergate Marina. SPPR is seeking and will select the operator who best demonstrates the ability to provide innovative, affordable, safe and friendly service to the Saint Paul community while paying reasonable commission to SPPR. The Watergate Marina management partner will be responsible for all aspects and facets of managing the marina which may include; parts and service, slips rental, fuel dispensing, marina and ship’s store operations and maintenance, and marina security, as necessary to achieve a successful marina operation, whether the partner is an individual, a team, a firm, or a combination thereof. The operating partner will treat this operation as a stand-alone business within a municipal facility. The operating partner and City will collaborate and support each other where there is opportunity to do so.
