• Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Dakota County’s goals for opioid awareness, prevention, and recovery messaging over an 18-month timeline. • Project Management: Define key project tasks, milestones, staffing roles, estimated hours, and a proposed timeline for implementation. Include checkpoints for feedback and adjustment. • Creative Development: Design and produce campaign materials including, but not limited to, branding, messaging, graphic design, video content, and print collateral tailored to diverse audiences. Branding must align with Dakota County brand standards. • Media and Outreach Strategy: Propose a multi-channel media plan incorporating digital platforms, social media, print, and community-based outreach. Strategies should prioritize accessibility and cultural relevance. • Evaluation and Performance Metrics: Provide a framework for measuring campaign impact, engagement, and behavior change (Behavior change might be aspirational?). Include proposed metrics, data collection methods, and tools for continuous improvement. • Interim Deliverables and Reporting: Identify anticipated interim products (e.g., creative drafts, message testing results, media schedules) and outline a process for collaboration and alignment with Dakota County Public Health and Communications throughout the project.
