This project is remodeling of the Waste to Energy Facility at Olmsted County. ADD Alternate A-1: E206 Existing Lab: Include the scope of work to remodel the E206 Existing Lab. This includes the Demolition noted on AD1.1, A1.1,A5.2, A6.0, A6.1, A7.0, PD1.2, PD1.3, and E1.2. Also included are the supporting Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scope to support this work. Base bid includes E206 to remain in existing condition. ADD Alternate A-2: Replace Flooring in Office: Provide new flooring inOffice W213, Office W213A, Office W213 B, Office W213C, and Office213D. This would include demolition of the existing floor and base. The work area is shown on A1.1 and finishes noted on A7.0. Base bid includes controlled removal of flooring to accommodate new walls and infill removedareas with salvage and shelf stock. ADD Alternate A-3: Remove fire shutter at tipping floor side of Education Room E201. Replace window sashes for the 2 existing window assemblies in Room E201. The work area is shown on AD1.1 and A1.1. Base bid has no work at 2 window assemblies in room E201.
