1. Council Orientation Program Service: Partner with the City Clerk to design and facilitate an in-person Council Orientation program for newly elected and returning officials. The orientation is tentatively planned from November 24, 2025 through December 17, 2025. a. Design of orientation agenda and curriculum b. Facilitation of all orientation sessions c. Creation and production of orientation materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and resource guides, where applicable 2. Team Assessment Service: Conduct a comprehensive team assessment of all elected officials to gather insights on individual and collective perspectives, priorities, and long-term goals. a. Design and administration of a team assessment tool (e.g., surveys or interviews) b. A detailed summary report of findings, including themes, opportunities, and areas for alignment c. Presentation of assessment results to elected officials 3. Behavioral Assessments (DISC or equivalent) Service: Administer and facilitate DISC Assessment and/or an equivalent behavioral assessment for all elected officials. Use results to develop an action plan aimed at improving collaboration and teamwork. a. Production of individual and team DISC or equivalent assessment reports b. Facilitation of a session to review and interpret assessment results c. Development and production of a written action plan for enhancing communication and collaboration among elected officials
