This RFP seeks responders who brings demonstrated experience in: • Technical assistance and capacity-building for small, BIPOC-led or culturally specific organizations • Community-centered facilitation and curriculum design • Violence prevention or public health approaches • Project administration and performance measurement The City is especially interested in proposals that reflect an equity-centered lens, a strong understanding of community dynamics, and a commitment to uplifting the leadership of those most affected by violence and systemic inequity. Contract Expectations 1. Coordinate and collaborate with the Neighborhood Safety Department, including participating in planning meetings, cohort launch, and close-out sessions. 2. Develop and submit a detailed work plan at the start of contract, including training curriculum, delivery timeline, and technical assistance strategies. 3. Deliver service in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with BPAI goals. 4. Maintain complete documentation for all activities, including attendance records, session materials, technical assistance logs, and evaluation feedback. 5. Report progress and deliverables through Smartsheet form provided by Neighborhood Safety Department, ensuring timely and accurate updates. 6. Conduct a baseline needs and capacity assessment for each organization, with a summary of findings. 7. Facilitate individual or group listening sessions to gather input and refine the training and technical assistance approach. 8. Provide customized technical assistance sessions tailored to each organization’s specific capacity-building goals. 9. Track and document all technical assistance sessions, including objectives, outcomes, and follow-up plans.
