Basic System Requirements. A secure web-based system, or State-approved equal. System Capabilities. System must offer driver license verification, including CDL endorsements and restrictions. System must have the ability to run driver license checks as needed and as ordered by the ordering entity. System must have the ability to monitor drivers as selected and as requested by the ordering entity. System must offer motor vehicle records. For each record ordered, the system must show the most current available information for the following: Whether the license is valid or not valid, Whether the license includes CDL endorsements, Whether the license has any restrictions, The date the specific record was last checked by the ordering entity, and The results of the last record check, if one was previously ordered by the ordering entity. System must return five years of driving history from the date the record was ordered, or the maximum provided by the licensing state, whichever is greater.
