Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for the rental of a 10’ Commercial 2-Stall Toilet Trailer for our training group. This unit would be delivered to our Arden Hills Truck Station located at 1905 W. County Rd. I, Arden Hills, MN 55112. This unit will be maintain while onsite by the provider. During the rental service, weekly maintenance services such pumping, stocking and cleaning will be provided by the rental provider. 3.1 Trailer Type 3.1.1 Commercial 2 Stall Portable Toilet Trailer 3.1.1.1 Separate male/female restrooms with vanities. 3.1.1.2 Electric Lighting 3.1.1.3 Heating System (for cold weather use) 3.1.1.4 Air Conditioning (for warm weather use) 3.2 Services 3.2.1 Weekly Pumping Service 3.2.2 Weekly Cleaning and Restocking Service 3.3 Rental Period 3.3.1 Rental period to start on September 27th, 2023, ending on April 30th, 2024. 4.0 MnDOT will provide the necessary electrical power and water supply for the trailer to function properly during winter service usage.
