1. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for management and delivery of the training programs associated with TREC. Curriculum will be finalized with the vendor in coordination with Commerce. The programs should focus on all requirements outlined in Section II Priorities. The Contractor Entrepreneurship Pilot (CEP) should include both pathways of increasing the skills and abilities of existing contractors and delivering training to new entrants. 2. Additional training coordination may be requested of the selected vendor/s after selection to support the TREC Tribal set-aside funds. Set-aside funds are allocated to support the 11 federallyrecognized Tribal Nations in Minnesota. Awardees of the set-aside will create and manage their own training programs and may seek training support services (ex: connection to training providers, technical support etc.) through the TREC grant administrator selected in this grant. The selected vendor of the TREC CEP may provide administrative and technical support for management of the set-aside funds, if Tribal awardees indicate interest in support.
