Specifications include, but are not limited to: At a minimum, it is expected that the successful proposal will demonstrate the ability to provide a wide range of business-related services primarily to the clients, exhibitors, and patrons of the MCC, and secondarily to any general public who may wish to use the services of the Business Center. The prospective successful vendor will base their proposal on the understanding that available business will fluctuate with the facility event schedule. The City will monitor the performance of the Service Provider against goals and performance standards required. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Contract. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Service Provider within a reasonable period of time to cure such substantial performance after being notified by the City, Contract termination procedures will be initiated.
