Scope of Work and Deliverables The outcomes for this contract will vary depending on individual task assignments to be defined when assigned. The majority of this contract will be water resources design and permitting tasks for highway projects. Project designs will typically require design files to be created for use by other MnDOT teams or consultants who will create plan sheets as well as documentation of design decisions and calculations for MnDOT recordkeeping. Full plan sets or water resources plan sheets may be created for maintenance projects where stormwater is the primary need. Other assignments may include review of projects designed by other consultants or local agencies, development permit reviews, and MS4 permit support. These other assignments will depend on Fiscal Year (FY) funding availability, which will not be known until each FY, and no funding is available for FY26.
