HVAC unit capacity, lighting, power, systems and plumbing fixture layouts Energy Code Compliance Documents Preliminary Site Survey Submit design phase plans and specifications for review and approval and incorporate Owner’s comments as required. 2.2 Construction Documents phase services Prepare and submit Construction Documents plans, and specifications for Owner’s review final review. Submit Construction Documents plans, specifications, for review and approval and incorporate Owner’s comments as required. Submit signed Construction Documents plans, specifications, and Special inspections form for final approval. Drawings to be in AutoCAD and PDF format in individual sheet format required for electronic plan review submittal to Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) and bidding. 2.3 Bidding phase services Review and respond to DLI plan review comments. Review prior approval requests, respond to bidder questions, and coordinate with DNR team. Prepare and submit modified plans, specs, and/or details, if needed, for inclusion in addenda.
