1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the WDS Strategic Plan and supports institutional goals. 2. Design, develop, and implement a new WDS website that includes a contact form for prospective customers, easy-to-navigate course and curriculum listings, and search functionality. 3. Identify and select the most effective media outlets based on target audience and geographic location and determine optimal placement timing aligned with WDS events and key audience touchpoints. 4. Provide expertise in the design, setup, and management of lead generation systems, including execution and optimization of advertising campaigns. 5. Supply WDS with advertising strategy, creative development, execution, and ongoing optimization. Advertising may include digital, radio, print, billboards, and social media. 6. Assist with WDS branding and storytelling by developing photography, videography, employer success stories, testimonials, case studies, email marketing, newsletters, and other digital content. 7. Meet monthly or as needed with the WDS team to review performance and plan initiatives. 8. Provide access to an analytics dashboard for campaign reporting.
