Specifications include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing a marketing, communications and branding plan for Apprenticeship Minnesota, the state apprenticeship authority in Minnesota operating within the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry. The scope of this project includes program review, marketing and brand development, graphic design, production and developing metrics. 1. Build and grow brand awareness of Apprenticeship Minnesota. 2. Position Apprenticeship Minnesota as the gold standard in work-based career learning—a model that can and is assisting employers in recruiting, training and retaining a 21st Century highly skilled workforce. 3. Position apprenticeship as a valued career pathway offering youth, women, minorities and veterans the opportunity to work and earn a living while mastering a highly skilled trade. 4. Grow support and stakeholder base and drive traffic to apprenticeship resources and services. 5. Increase awareness about the benefits and value of apprenticeship. 6. Increase employer engagement that leads to more employers adopting the apprenticeship model. 7. Expand apprenticeship models in and outside of the construction industry. 8. Develop and integrate diversity and inclusion resources and messaging. 9. Drive greater content alignment between Apprenticeship Minnesota and the US Department of Labor (https://www.dol.gov/featured/apprenticeship/shareables) and draw content from ApprenticeshipUSA where possible so efforts are not being duplicated (https://www.dol.gov/featured/apprenticeship).
