Develop a draft final report for county review that summarizes project results. The report should include, but is not limited to: • Research and stakeholder engagement methodology • Map(s) and summaries of food sources, food receivers, and sources of potentially recoverable food • Map(s) and summary of the pathways and processes that recovered food takes to get to food shelves and food banks • Summary of the interdependencies and relationships between local food recovery organizations and their support networks • Quantified estimate (by weight) of food currently recovered in the county • Quantified estimate (by weight) of potential recoverable food in the county • Interview and survey findings of barriers to recovering more food from local commercial entities • Recommended ways to increase recovery and distribution of rescued food in the county including opportunities for the county to advance these solutions
