Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this management evaluation report is to evaluate the operations of the Public Defender's Office, to assess the quality and efficiency of the services provided, and to develop a set of performance measures for future reporting. The evaluation should include, at a minimum, an assessment of the existing organizational structure, its policies and procedures, the adequacy of staffing and technological resources, the general reputation of defense services as held by the local criminal justice community, the appropriateness of management oversight, the identification of processes that impede productivity and the disposition of cases, and recommendations for improvements.
