Minnesota State Community and Technical College is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified consultants, and intends to retain a professional consulting firm to develop a predesign for a new Student Housing facility to be located on our Wadena campus. • This project will be located on the Wadena campus located in Wadena Minnesota. • The facility will be a standalone building, located adjacent to the main campus building, and may have an enclosed walkway between the housing unit and the main facility. • The facility design will be a mix of single and multi-dwelling apartments with some shared space for lounging, studying, and recreation. • The facility will have its own heating and cooling system. • The funding is projected to be from college operational dollars and/or private sources. • The college website is minnesota.edu.
