Primary Components: The proposed SMA extension must include, but not limited to, the following components: ✓ The current SMA expires June 30th, 2025 and this RFP is for a 3-year software maintenance agreement extension for Genetec Security Center 5.11, System ID - GSC140328-042533. The District is utilizing the special K-12 pricing package. ✓ SMA renewal to include camera licenses, card reader licenses, Sipelia licenses, Mission Control licenses, Bosch intrusion integration licenses and all other licenses associated with the system. ✓ SMA renewal to include 3-year renewal of Clearance Plan 25 for Education. ✓ Coordinate quote through Genetec representative, Nate Ruhland, nruhland@genetec.com. ✓ The District will load the SMA extension into the software after notification of the transaction being completed.
