Boat will meet all Federal and State regulations in place at the time of ordering 2. 17-18-foot centerline length 3. Approximately an 8-foot beam 4. Normal standard V bottom Hull, per manufacturer recommendation 5. Transom height 25 inches or close per manufacturers recommendation 6. Cockpit depth roughly 30 inches 7. All welded aluminum construction with 0.1875 (3/16”) inch thickness on the bottom and 0.125 (1/8”) on the sidewalls. 8. 4-6 inch wide gunwale and 6-8 ft bow deck, per manufacturer recommendation 9. All welded aluminum floor that must be sealed around side braces and extend to back of boat, dimensions built to suit per manufacturers recommendations 10. Side storage compartment 1 foot in height and 6 feet in length running along the starboard side and frame of compartments sealed with weather stripping to prevent infiltration of dust, dirt and water into storage area (Compartments built into sidewalls if possible) 11. Full windshield with two swivel seats, spot for one extra seat required along with another seat 12. Steering wheel 13. Location for Electronic depth finder (Helix) attached on the dash in front of driver’s seat, metal tubing to hide depth finder transducer wires to the location described above 14. Plug ins for USBC/USB cords on dash 15. Floor must not have any screws; compartments must not be secured to the sidewall or floor with screws. 16. Boat must have one standard one inch drain plug for draining inside of the boat above the sealed sub floor 17. Bow deck with forward floatation and lockable storage compartment below. • Equipped with one access hatch through the top of the deck and built to support weight of staff standing and working on the bow. • Dimensions of hatch should be roughly 24” in length across and 20” in width top to bottom to accommodate large anchor storage easily (2x needed, maybe 1 in front and 1 towards the back). • Latch for the top hatch must be a slam latch that is flush with the deck. 18. Drain hole required in each anchor well to prevent molding of anchor lines. 19. Welded and reinforced heavy duty bow eye and stern port and starboard eyes to accommodate stern straps. 20. Boat must have running lights and an auto bilge pump 21. Stern bilge area and splash well 22. Stern compartment for batteries, 2 batteries with a dial 23. Battery under counsel to power electronics 24. Ladder attached to stern to climb into boat from the water if needed 25. Kicker plate 26. Rear deck with dimensions built per manufacturers recommendations and have a slight angle to allow water to drain to rear of boat. 27. 2 front handles and 2 rear handles welded in place. 28. Built in internal fuel tank with gauge (EPA Compliant), at least 20 gallons 29. Floor anchor points in the rear of the boat for securing starter battery case 30. Bow and stern boat cleats mounted on both the port and starboard sides. 31. Boat floor and bow platform sprayed with non-skid/non slip surface, diamond plate if possible 32. Nav Lights 33. Transom to be built to accommodate a 90-115 hp Yamaha outboard rigged for counsel drive. Line 2. BOAT TRAILER FOR WELDED ALUMINUM BOAT, or State approved equal 1. Size: adjusted to fit custom boat as described in Item 1 2. Roller Bunks: Include enough rollers to easily launch and load boat as needed. 3. Side loading guides at least 7-8' in length over the wheel wells and then some 4. Constructed entirely of galvanized C-channel steel 5. Tongue jack: large enough to accommodate weight and design of complete unit & folding Trailer Tonge with caster wheel 6. Winch strap of 2” or 1900 lb capacity or recommendation, 25 ft winch strap and hook 7. 7- spade RV electrical connector (hardwired, no adapters allowed) 8. 2” ball coupler: - Lever Type 9. Safety chains; equipped with 4’ scope 10. Spare tire with matching tire and wheel 11. Spare tire mounting bracket - (installed) 12. Two stern tie down straps, if possible a flush anchor point to attach boat buckles for long term use 13. Trailer taillights must be waterproof LED’s and DOT approved 14. All trailer lighting must meet or exceed Federal, DOT and MN DOT requirements
