Financial Management a. Calculator aligned to MN Child Support enforcement, payment processing, distribution, reconciliation, and reporting 4. Parent and Employer Portals a. Secure, accessible interfaces for payments, communication, and self-service 5. Screen Synchronization a. Green screen scraping capability enabling phase one objectives Vendors may respond to one or more of these capability areas and are permitted to introduce other capabilities or modular solutions that align with both the MNIT Incremental Plan for PRISM Modernization and the OCSE Certification Guide.
