1. Lodging: We would like 40 single occupancy rooms held until 30 days before the date of the meeting. The state is only responsible to pay for occupied rooms. The state reserves the right to cancel reservations until October 20, 2025. Some rooms will be paid on MnDOT’s master bill, and some rooms will be paid for privately by other meeting attendees. Dates: October 28-30, 2025 Number of nights: 2 (different group of guests on each night – up to 40 each night) Single occupancy: all single occupancy Double occupancy: none 2. Room Needs: General Session Room Number of attendees: Up to 40 attendees. Need meeting room from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 28 and 29, 2025, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on October 30, 2025. Seating Style: Classroom style or crescent rounds with head table large enough for 4 people facing the classroom. Seating for 36 facing head table. Should have break/beverage table in the meeting room. General Session Room: Could be used for meals, but would prefer a separate dining room. General Session Room must be private: ☒ Yes ☐ No
