This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement for the purchase of custom dried minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) susceptibility Streptococcus panels. Testing of the panels have only been validated (per Federal regulations) by our laboratory for use. These custom produced panels are the only panels which can be used to perform the aforementioned testing. The ordering, procurement, and utilization of these panels is required to fulfill the responsibilities and timeline set forth for the MDH Public Health Laboratory in the cooperative agreement with the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
