Complete initial update and reformatting of the Minneapolis Fire Department’s current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), taking into consideration: • Current Federal Laws • Current State Statutes • Current City Ordinances • Current Best Practices as recognized by the Fire Service and recognized bodies and standards such as NFPA, etc. • Any additional legal considerations. • Review updates with Fire Chief and/or department’s contract manager for any revisions and approval before publishing. • Platform for storing the SOPs shall be cloud based software. • Provide a mechanism via app (preferred) or other means to provide notice of changes to SOPs as well as training and testing of SOP changes. • Provide record of the same.
