The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide Chaplaincy Services for the Minnesota Veterans Home – Silver Bay (“Home”). The Home is an 83-bed skilled nursing facility that delivers long-term care to Veterans and their spouses, located at 56 Outer Drive, Silver Bay, Minnesota 55614. The goal of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified provider who can deliver consistent, resident-centered chaplaincy services to support the spiritual and emotional needs of the Home’s residents and their spouses. MDVA anticipates awarding a single contract to the responder whose proposal best demonstrates the ability to provide the required services.
