Sample Tasks and Deliverables. 2.1 Be available upon request to provide intravenous (“IV”) services therapy services and supplemental support such as education and troubleshooting to the Home. 2.2 Be available via phone and for on-site visits for troubleshooting and guidance as requested. These services must be available when needed by the Homes. 2.3 Provide basic IV hydrations, equipment and supplies as needed. 2.4 Provide emergency kits to help accommodate urgent needs. 2.5 Provide documentation of any on-site services within 24 hours of providing services to Razaq Adedayo, Director of Nursing. 2.6 Provide compounded IV antibiotics. 2.7 Provide daily deliveries in a timely fashion, i.e. several hours versus next day, if needed. 2.8 Provide Pharmacist consultation as needed by the Homes. 2.9 Provide any applicable policy and procedure manuals in paper and electronic form to the Homes. 2.10 Provide IV clinical training to the staff of the Home as needed. 2.11 Provide nursing training on-site upon request. 2.12 Possess current, valid license to perform services under resulting Contract and keep licensure current during the term of resulting Contract. If requested, Contractor shall provide evidence of licensure to the State’s Authorized Representative.
