The Municipal Building Commission (MBC) is soliciting vendors to provide annual generator service testing, inspections, repairs, and maintenance for a commercial building located at 350 S. 5th St. Minneapolis, MN 55415. The vendor must be able to respond to emergency service calls 24/7, including holidays. Contractors responding to this bid must be able to provide emergency services 24/7, including holidays and weekends for the duration of the agreement. For emergency services, the vendor must provide a response within 90-minutes. The services may include emergency repairs throughout the Minneapolis City Hall building and/or in the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center (ADC). After-hours emergencies are defined as Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 6:00am and Saturday and Sundays. Weekend rates may apply if the service is performed on Saturday or Sunday.
