Background and Purpose of This Request for Qualifications: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify Subcontractors and trade workers for Work on the MNSU Mankato – Clinical Sciences Building Lower Level Renovation. Based upon evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, the successful Responders will be eligible to submit competitive proposals for Work and enter into a contract with Knutson Construction, the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@r) for the Project. Project Description: The Project consists of the interior buildout of the lower level of the Clinical Sciences Building at MNSU, Mankato to address the growing demand for health and science programs offered by the college. The primary goal of the renovation is to provide a space for the growing program, and support services required by the program.
