Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sherburne County is soliciting proposals for mowing and grounds maintenance services for three County facilities for the 2023 season. The facilities include the Sherburne County Government Center in Elk River, the Public Works and Public Safety Buildings located in Zimmerman, and the Public Works Building and Sherburne History Center, both of which are located in Becker. 1. Mowing • Includes mowing at a height of 2.5”-3”, trimming, and blowing sidewalks and curbs (where applicable) 2. Spring Clean Up • Thatching lawn, blowing out shrubs, lawn clipping and leaf removal 3. Fall Clean up • Blowing out shrubs and landscape, lawn clipping and leaf removal; 4. Chemical Application (5 total per year) • Application #1 – Crabgrass pre-emergent with granular fertilizer • Application #2 – Liquid broadleaf control with Liquid fertilizer • Application #3 – Granular fertilizer • Application #4 – Liquid broadleaf control with liquid fertilizer • Application #5 - Granular winterize
