• Semiannual preventative maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of ice machines. Repair of ice machines as required. Locations include, but are not limited to and may change over the course of this contract: o Two machines in the Stillwater Government Center, 14949 62nd St. N. Stillwater, MN o Two machines in the Stillwater Law Enforcement Center, 15015 62nd St. N, Stillwater, MN o One machine in the Forest Lake Service Center, 19955 Forest Road North, Forest Lake, MN o One machine in the Cottage Grove Service Center, 13000 Ravine Parkway, Cottage Grove, MN o One machine at the Central Service and Licensing Center, 1261 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury, MN • Semiannual preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of walk in coolers and walk in freezers. Locations include, but are not limited to and may change over the course of this contract: o Two walk in coolers and one walk in freezer located in the Stillwater Law Enforcement Center, 15015 62nd St. N, Stillwater, MN • Invoices for the equipment within the law enforcement center must be separated from the invoicing for other locations. o This would be the two ice machines in the Law Enforcement Center, the Walk in Cooler and Walk in Freezer in the LEC.
