1.1 Equipment: Brooms, brushes, mops, rags, waxes, all power equipment such as floor machines, vacuum systems, and all other equipment will be furnished by the contractor. High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) vacuum system is required. 1.2 Supplies: The State will supply all trash can liners, toilet tissue, hand soap, deodorizers, and paper towel products. The Contractor will furnish all other products and supplies. Products used by the contractor must be certified by any of the following applicable standards/ecolabels: Cleaning Products: • Ecologo/UL 2759 Standard for Hard Surface Cleaners • Green Seal® 37 Standard for Cleaning Products for Industrial and Institutional Use 1.2.2 Floor Care Products: • Ecologo/UL 2795 Standard for Sustainability for Carpet and Upholstery Care Products or Safer Choice.
