Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lobbies Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted high traffic areas, including all entrances, hallways, common areas and exit mats and rugs. Spot clean as needed. X Thoroughly vacuum and wet mop all hard surface flooring to give a clean and satisfactory appearance. X Empty all waste and recycle receptacles. X Remove and dispose waste and recycle material in designated location. X Spot clean interior and exterior of waste and recycle receptacles as needed to maintain receptacles. X Replace liners as needed. X Clean both sides of entrance door glass, spot clean glass door frames and accompanying glass panels including transoms (inside and out). X Reposition furniture in lobby upon completion of cleaning. X High dust over 6 ft. all horizontal surfaces, including sills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames and remove cobwebs. X Low dust horizontal surfaces below 6 ft. Including chair legs, chair/bench seat frames, sills, moldings, ledges, and picture frames. X Spot clean woodwork, light switches, handrails, partition glass, doors, door jambs and door frames for fingerprints, soil, and smudges. X Clean and polish all drinking fountains. X Thoroughly clean glass partitions at all service counters and public reception lobbies. Detail vacuum all carpets including the edges. X Vacuum or brush all upholstered furniture, including chairs, couches, single or bench seating areas. X Dust all ceiling vents/grills. X Entrances and Exterior Services Sweep exterior entrances and sidewalk to curb, within approximately 50' from entrance doors. X Vacuum any walk‐off mats and carpeting. During winter months, walk‐off mats are to be cleaned with neutralizer to remove salt and chemical residue. X Thoroughly vacuum and wet mop all hard surface flooring to give a clean and satisfactory appearance. X Empty all waste and recycle receptacles. Replace liners as necessary. X Remove and dispose waste and recycle material in designated location. X Spot clean interior and exterior of waste and recycle receptacles as needed to maintain receptacles. X Clean entrance door glass, clean glass door frames and accompanying glass panels including transoms inside and out. X Thoroughly sweep cigarette butts, pick up trash on the lawn and surrounding areas. Report any graffiti to the Facilities Operations Manager. X High dust over 6 ft. all horizontal surfaces, including sills, moldings, ledges, shelves, and frames. X Low dust horizontal surfaces below 6 ft. Including chair legs, chair/bench seat frames, sills, moldings, ledges, and picture frames. X Clean and polish all railings. X Dust all ceiling vents/grills. X
