Work under this Contract includes: a. Interior Finishes: 1) Floor finishes of carpet, porcelain tile and epoxy painted. 2) Wall finishes of paint and porcelain tile. 3) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile and gypsum board. 4) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, DHM frames, hardware, glazing, acoustic treatment, toilet accessories, signage, gymnasium equipment, detention equipment, miscellaneous specialties. b. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. 2) Ventilation to include ductwork and dampers. 3) Temperature control system. c. Electrical Systems: 1) Interior lighting. 2) Low voltage work to include: Data and rework of security door controls. 3) Fire alarm.
