A. Purpose. Installation of a vault restroom facility at Island View Park to add comfort and yearround capacity for park users. B. Project Requirements. 1. Must be a Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) Licensed Business or Certified Individual in accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for installation. 2. Must apply for septic permit through https://www.co.sherburne.mn.us/819/SepticPermits, design has been completed and will be provided in this RFP. 3. Must coordinate delivery of unit with Crest Precast and Sherburne County. 4. Must coordinate all onsite activities with General Contractor for Main Park Improvements Project. 5. Must restore any disturbed soil to prior conditions. 6. Must have equipment necessary to install prefabricated components weighing up to 45,000 lbs.
