Minnesota State University, Mankato is requesting proposals for a recruitment Vendor to assist in recruiting and advising prospective international students to apply for and attend the university. The recruitment Vendor will use an existing network of in-country agency representation to ensure the value of attending Minnesota State University, Mankato is widely advertised. The recruitment vendor is expected to strategize and distinguish prospective international students who have the necessary educational background, intellectual capacity and motivation to thrive as students at Minnesota State Mankato. We desire a Vendor to assist prospective international students in completing and submitting legitimate application documents in a timely manner. Minnesota State Mankato prefers to contract with a Vendor who will offer services to students who enroll to facilitate their academic success and cultural adjustment. Within the proposal, vendors should include detailed information on: - List of geographic locations of vendor’s sub-agent network · - List of off-shore representatives employed directly by vendor (if applicable) · - Unique recruitment activities or events provided to clients · - Unique marketing plans for on-shore and off-shore recruitment · - Enrollment projections for intensive English program, undergraduate and graduate students for the duration of the contract · - Performance-based commission structure for successfully enrolled F-1 students from the intensive English, undergraduate and graduate programs
