Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Commerce is charged with ensuring the solvency of insurance companies doing business in Minnesota and with monitoring the activities of the insurance market in Minnesota through comprehensive regulatory oversight and examination. The Department is seeking proposals to provide regulatory- and insurance-related consulting services to the Department. The services are: 1. Financial examinations of domestic and foreign insurance companies, 2. Insurance market conduct examinations, and 3. Other Specialist Services, including but not limited to: o Form Review o Rate Review o Actuarial o Information Technology and Cybersecurity o Forensic Accounting o Rehabilitation Liquidation and Administrative o Other regulatory and insurance-related services The Department anticipates the need for multiple Contractors to perform the required services on an as-needed basis. The Department intends to enter into several master contracts.
