Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide high quality infant mental health consultation and reflective supervision to the interdisciplinary team of Home Visitors and Supervisors in the Family Home Visiting unit. A special emphasis will be the promotion of supervisory skill advancement in reflective practice. • Co-facilitate 3 reflective practice case consultations of the Dakota County team of Home Visitors and Supervisors for 2 hours per session. • Monthly one-to-one reflective consultation to 4 Family Health Supervisors, and 1 Program Manager, for up to 7.5 hours/month for the purpose of IMH reflective supervision and skill development in reflective supervision. • Bimonthly supervisor group reflective practice sessions, for 2 hours per session. • Schedule for the group sessions and one-to-ones will be coordinated between Contractor and the County. Schedule may be modified as mutually agreed upon with a copy to the Liaisons as referenced in Section 19 of the Contract.
