At a minimum the City seeks: • Demographic and Economic analysis o Population and household data including growth trends and projections, age distribution, race and ethnicity, household composition, housing tenure and length of occupancy o Employment including job growth projections, industrial/economic expansions, and wage data o Employment and income trends o Household income data o Housing cost-burden analysis • Housing stock inventory o Distribution of housing types and units in structure o Age of housing o Condition of housing o Number of homeowners associations, age of developments and units in each HOA • Housing market analysis o Current market value of owner-occupied housing o Review of rental market including rents, vacancies, affordability and amenity levels, market value of properties on a per-unit basis, age of property, breakdown of unit bedroom counts
