Hennepin County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who have demonstrable ability in audience research, usability and user-interface to assist the County with a website design initiative which includes gathering stakeholder input from Hennepin County residents, Hennepin County departments and Hennepin County Leadership to ensure that the County has a complete understanding of the user experience that various stakeholders desire through the Countys online presence. Upon successful completion of the foregoing phase, this initiative is expected to progress to the next phase during which the County will be provided with a conceptual web design that can be used by the County for development of its future website.
