Minnesota State is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to supply and install a new, code-compliant bleacher seating in the Health and Wellness Center Gymnasium at North Hennepin Community College (NHCC). The project aims to enhance safety, accessibility, and spectator experience while aligning with current building codes and ADA requirements. The awarded bid will be required to install the specified bleacher dimensions and also provide the all materials, bleachers, and equipment necessary for completion of this project. This project consists of the supply and installation of two (2) telescopic bleachers, each twelve (12) rows x 78’0” in length, designed for safe, code-compliant, and efficient use in the Health and Wellness Center (HWC) Gymnasium at North Hennepin Community College.
