General Description – Consultant agrees to perform for the City the management and administration of Unemployment Cost Management. The Consultant’s computer network will be able to interface with the City’s computer system (Currently: Peoplesoft Core HCM, Future: Workday) via file transfer with the City’s separation and payroll data. The Consultant’s computer network will be able to accept data files from the City which contain data points that are needed to deliver the services requested by the City. The Consultant agrees to provide workforce services for the enterprise that includes: • HR solutions: Employment & Income Verification Fulfillment. ACA Reporting. I-9 Management. Compliance Library. • Payroll solutions: Tax Withholding. Tax Statements. Pay Statements. • Tax solutions: Unemployment Management. Employment Tax. Tax Credits & Incentives (including WOTC, ERC, Disaster Zone).
