Reporting Requirements If selected, funding recipients will be expected to attend and present at least once during a Green Zone Advisory Board meeting and complete a reporting form at the end of their project. Recipients may be required to give a final presentation. Projects should be completed by December 31, 2026. Reporting may take place in early 2027. Funding and Invoicing Selected projects will receive a minimum award of $5,000. Funding recipients will be responsible for submitting invoices to receive payment. An invoice template will be provided to each funding recipient. 10 Project awards may be used for: • Supplies and/or materials. • Printing and/or copies • Healthy food and/or clothing • Educational activities or tools • Salaries, stipends, honorariums, and/or outreach expenses Ineligible costs include: purchase of equipment like computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, telephones, or similar equipment; activities that occur before the execution or after the expiration of the program; or any activity that does not serve to further the goal of environmental justice while positively engaging with Minneapolis residents.
