Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos. with Natalis Outcomes, LLC. The agreement covers software licensing, maintenance and support for Forensics Services, a division of DCT. The Joint Commission (TJC) mandates the use of data-informed care for treatment planning and program development. HDI Connect is the only software solution that meets these regulatory requirements while offering integration with the Avatar EMR system. It supports compliance for TJC, DCT staff, and the individuals served. Additionally, HDI Connect is suitable for use in child and adolescent programs and includes functionality for post-discharge data collection—an area that may become a future requirement. Natalis Outcomes, LL retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary HDI Connect software, maintenance, and support. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
