OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, and St Cloud MN VA Healthcare System anticipate a requirement for contract with a firm who has the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Services to members serviced by the St Cloud MN VA Hospital. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain interest from contractors who would be capable of providing the required services. Firm shall provide all labor, supervision, housing, material, and supplies necessary to provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans and Emergency Residential Services beds. The contractor s facility shall be no further than fifteen (15) miles from the St Cloud MN VA hospital located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St Cloud MN 56303-2015.
