The Office of State Procurement, on behalf of the Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE), requests proposals for furnishing and installing three (3) Daikin Make-up Air (MUA) units (or approved equal) on the roof top of the facility located at 6125 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN 55422. Work will include removal and disposal of existing three (3) MUA units and three (3) A/C Condensing units, and final repair of the roof top where existing A/C units were affixed. Utilities currently in use will require disconnections of existing MUA and A/C units. Upon installation of new MUA units, the Contractor will be responsible for utility hook-ups and final repair and patchwork of the roof top in specified areas. All associated costs for furnishing equipment, removal of existing equipment, utilities disconnections and reconnections and associated costs thereof are the responsibility of the Contractor.
