The scope of services includes daily vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and replenishing consumables; weekly cleaning and dusting; and periodic floor waxing and deep cleaning. The location, layout, and detailed list of tasks and frequency is attached for each location (Appendix B). The proposal must include at a minimum the following services: A. Brookview - General cleaning services at Brookview are to be completed: • Daily Sunday through Thursday between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM • Fridays and Saturdays between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM B. Golf Maintenance Building - General cleaning services at the Golf Maintenance Building to be completed Monday through Friday between April 1st and October31st, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between November 1st and March 31st between 5:00 PM-5:00 AM. C. Brookview Park Shelters - Cleaning of Brookview Park large and small shelters bathrooms are required Sunday through Saturday between May 1st and September 30th before 9:00 AM. Cleaning of Brookview Park large and small shelters bathrooms may be required Sunday and Saturday between May 1st and September 30th between 4:00 and 5:00 PM depending on rental schedule. D. Brookview Tennis Court Bathrooms - Cleaning of Brookview Tennis Court Bathrooms are required Sunday through Saturday between May 1st and September 30th before 9:00 AM. E. Schaper Park Bathrooms – Cleaning of Schaper Park Shelter Bathrooms are required Sunday through Saturday between April 1st and September 30 before 9:00am.
